Charts on this site are computed entirely in your own browser. The name, date, time and place of birth entered on the Your Chart and Matching pages are not sent to Lakshatras or to anyone else, and are not kept once the page is closed. The downloadable report is assembled in the browser in the same way.

To open Today’s Sky in your local time, the site reads your approximate town and time zone from your internet connection. This is used for that page alone and is not stored. A place you choose yourself, and the Lagna you select, are remembered in your own browser so that the page opens with them next time.

Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed, the referring site, the browser, the type of device and the country, in aggregate. It does not use cookies.

The site is served by Vercel. The place search uses data from GeoNames, held on this site; the places you type are not sent to GeoNames.
